Can you make weatherproof, IP-rated enclosures?

Yes. We design and mold custom silicone/rubber gaskets (Shore 30A–70A) to meet IP65, IP67, and IP68 standards for outdoor, marine, and field devices.

Do you handle RF/EMI shielding?

We design and fabricate custom sheet-metal RF and EMI shielding cans in very thin gauges to protect high-frequency PCBs, wireless modules, and sensitive electronics.

Can I get a fully assembled device, not just the casing?

Yes — we offer turnkey box-build: hardware procurement (fasteners, light pipes, connectors, cables), painting, branding, and final assembly, delivered ready to ship.

Which process is best for low volumes?

For short runs we use MJF/SLS/FDM printing, vacuum casting, or sheet metal — no injection-mold tooling — so you can launch pilot batches affordably and iterate quickly.
