Quotes are based on the information and files you provide and are valid for the period stated. Orders proceed once confirmed in writing. Lead times are estimates and may vary with design complexity and material availability.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the designs and files you submit. We use them only to fulfil your order and treat them as confidential.
Liability
We manufacture to the specifications you supply. It is your responsibility to ensure designs are fit for purpose. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
