Vacuum casting uses a silicone rubber mould made from a high-quality SLA master to cast polyurethane parts under vacuum — eliminating air bubbles and capturing fine detail.
A single mould typically yields 20–25 parts in materials that mimic ABS, rubber or clear polycarbonate. It's the perfect bridge for beta testing, market evaluation and low-volume production before committing to expensive steel tooling.
Because tooling is low-cost and easily modified, you keep design freedom right up until you're ready to scale.
