A drone manufacturer needed to reduce weight and assembly time for their latest quadcopter frame.
Our solution
Through Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM), we consolidated the assembly into a single SLS nylon chassis.
The result
The new chassis is 40% lighter and eliminates hours of manual assembly labor.
